The Mitchell® Avocast R is an affordable distance casting reel with great features like the bail halo for superior rotor strength and no flexing, 5 Bearings and slow oscillation system for straight line lay. The Mitchell® Avocast RZT is a light weight distance casting machine with lost of great features like the bail halo for superior rotor strength and no flexing, 10 Stainless Steel Bearings for long term smoothness, slow oscillation system for straight line lay, and a sealed hybrid drag system with quick drag. Thanks to the carbon infused material and high quality machined aluminium parts, the reel has a low weight for it's size. The Penn Fathom LD is a modern compact lever drag boat reel which is light in weight but heavy in performance. The heart of any lever drag reel is the drag itself and Penn have fitted the Fathom LD with their Dura Drag system. Dura Drag contains a special Phenolic bonding agent that prevents the premature breakdown of the carbon fibre drag material whilst also providing a barrier to water.
