The Century Fireblade is an all-round beach rod which is designed to handle the fish and conditions found on most UK beaches. The rod is made by Century in their UK factory and they have used their skills to blend carbon and glass to make a rod which is easy to use and delivers the performance, both casting and fishing, which you would expect from a Century rod. The two piece blank has a rapid recovery tip which works well with a range of casting styles including OTG and the fishing pendulum

The 14ft Fireblade looks and feels a lot like the 13ft model, but the extra length gives you a higher trajectory in the cast and more rod to store up and release that energy. The slim blank has uniform aesthetics to the shorter model with ATC black Delta guides, Century metal bands, a Fuji sliding DPS reel seat, EVA moveable collars, and premium Japanese shrink wrap. The tip is carbon and provides great bite detection, picking up small rattles. The rod has plenty of power in the blank, should you wish to target larger fish as the 13’ model also proved. It's another rod that offers a lot of versatility.

Featuring upgraded more powerful yet lighter blanks from its SKS Shore Rod predecessor that will suit every casting ability easily; each rod is individually tailored to offer the perfect ‘all round’ actions, which mean they are as effective on clean ground as they are in heavy terrain.

A two-piece traditional style beachcaster designed for the angler who fishes in a variety of different conditions. The rod of choice if you’re fishing for big rays and cod in rocky ground and deep water, but equally at home fishing shallower beaches for flat fish, dogfish and whiting. The blank is powerful, especially in the butt and mid section. The tip retains plenty of sensitivity but is stiff enough that it won’t be affected by a big surf or tidal conditions. Designed to cast up to 250g, it can be cast conventionally with an overhead thump, to get the best from it, a pendulum style cast is required and having a good casting technique will get the most performance from this rod. Its optimum casting weight is 170g. The blank is constructed from 30ton Japanese carbon from Mitsubishi with Nano Graphene Matrix, a material that is a hundred times stronger than steel of the same thickness. It makes the rod ultra-light and gives excellent recovery when casting as well as increasing overall strength and bite sensitivity in the tip. The butt section is wrapped in a durable, rubber shrink wrap and comes with a Fuji DPS sliding reel seat so you can set the reel up in the right position for you. Fitted throughout with Fuji CC Framed KWAG guides, which help eliminate line twist to improve casting distances, they can also be used with a wide range of line diameters and are suitable for use with both multiplier and fixed spool reels.

Century Eliminator T900 - Length 14' 4'' (4.35m) - Casting 4 - 7oz (125 - 200gm) The Century Eliminator T900 is built and designed for fishing a wide range of conditions - including deep water, heavy to mixed ground and fast tidal streams. The overriding initial impression is smoothness in the cast and this reflects the unique construction of the tip. The butt section will store energy for long range delivery and the bite indication is very sensitive. The T900 is recommended for use with multiplier or fixed spool reels loaded with braid or monofilament. If you are looking for a rod to tackle species such as rays, hounds and cod from the kind of tough marks that these larger fish like to inhabit then the T900 will help you to achieve the prize catches that you crave for.
