This rod is available in our new and improved models as a mk2 version and at 13 and 14ft. We have designed the Four&Bait primarily for lighter beach fishing, when the requirements of a 6oz lead, clipped and whacked are not the order of the day.

The Four&Bait is a proper beachcaster but the action has been softened down to allow you to get maximum performance from lighter sinkers. They make a great 'fun' rod for those occasions when you can get away with lighter leads and tackle so as to maximise your fishing enjoyment.

Touament Surf rods have been built using Daiwa’s unique carbon technology. HVF High Volume Fibre for a lighter stiffer blank. Bias carbon V-Joint has been applied for a more progressive curve and X45 in key loading areas to control torque during casting. The FXD Series from ICON is a premium continental style rod which has been designed for the UK shore angler. They feature a spliced hybrid tip for improved sensitivity, however the butt and mid-section offer a stiffer progressive action then standard continental rods to produce immense casting capabilities.
