Shipping & Returns


The Angling Centre West Bay pride ourselves of trying to get your products to you as soon as possible. If we have your order BEFORE 8.30am we will try to have your product dispatched that very day. We also use a delivery service that is usually within 48 hours, but normally you will receive them the next day. It is not a guaranteed next day service. Our service is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The estimated delivery times is never guaranteed as we can’t predict high demand and unforeseeable events.  We have not listed any overseas delivery options. If you are an international visitor to our site and you wish to purchase please phone the store so we can advise you of the cost of delivery.


For Saturday next day delivery (England & WALES only) Got to Special Postage Requirements via the Home Page and purchase as a normal product. This will add automatically to your cart when option is selected. 

Out of Stock Items

In the event that the item/s you ordered are out of stock, then we will retain your order until the stock arrives then dispatch as requested. We will notify you by email of this unfortunate occurance.

From the date you receiv your order you have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to inform us in writing (see Details Required) by using our contact page your intention of returning your goods. You also have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return the item/s from the day you notify us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item/s must be in the original packaging. Your returned item/s need to have a copy of the original delivery/purchase receipt before a refund is agreed.


Unfortunately, we do not accept returns (unless received with a genuine manufacturer fault) of terminal tackle/consumables i.e. hooks, sinkers, line, bait etc.

We will not accept any item/s damaged by the purchaser trying to repair or getting someone else to do the repair on their behalf. You may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund.


Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card. You will receive the credit/debit card refund within 14 days of (West Bay Water Sports Ltd) receiving the goods.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your return shipping will not be included as part of the refund.


All returned items must be suitably packaged (preferably use the packaging it was sent out with). You are therefore requested to keep outer packages in case of return. Return packaging is the sole responsibility of the sender. We will not accept damaged items due to insufficient wrapping for a refund.
