Feeder and bomb rods are designed with lighter tips to aid bite indication. Method feeder fishing has become mega popular over the last few years and these are normally around 10-11ft with a slightly heavier action to allow the casting of feeders up to 45gm in weight plus the bait.
Traditional Feeder fishing is still very popular but rod's are now being designed to allow bigger distances which can help when fishing big natural waters.
